Events & Day of Wedding Coordination
There's always something to celebrate in NYC, but there isn't always someone you can count on to ensure the celebration goes according to plan. That's where I step in. I run events the way I run a photoshoot: a timeline, a vendor list, a budget, and one person who isn't you handling the 4pm problem.
-
An Event Planner works with you for months — sourcing venues and vendors, building the budget, and shaping the design.
A Day-of Coordinator takes over once you've made those decisions: I build the run-of-show, confirm every vendor, manage the rehearsal, and run the day itself so nothing lands on you or your family.
-
Most coordinators come up through events. I came up through production. Nearly two decades of call sheets, vendor wrangling, and budgets that don't move — the same discipline that keeps a 90-SKU shoot day on schedule is what keeps a wedding timeline intact when the florist is 40 minutes late. My West Indian heritage shapes the work too: I've built events where Caribbean culture is the luxury, not the theme.

For day-of wedding coordinator services, there is a day rate plus transportation.
If you need rehearsal assistance, we can discuss that.

My event planning fees start at $500 and are customized based on each event's scope and support level. I consider guest count, event location, vendor count, planning timeline, and whether you need full-service planning, partial planning, or day-of coordination. Once I understand your event details, I can provide a tailored proposal outlining my services and fee. Any third-party expenses, such as catering, rentals, décor, or entertainment, are quoted separately.
